I've been attempting to make (lasting) lifestyle changes to better combat depression in recent weeks. Going jogging, for walks, and attending yoga classes have proven to be helpful. Yesterday I was persuaded to go (indoor) rock climbing, which I enjoyed a hell of a lot. Today the pain is real. I do feel good for it though, I think I'll go back a few more times to see if its really for me. I'm just going to have to be careful I can fit all of these leisurely activities into my spare time on days off work!
